SECU Customer Service – Email and Messaging
SECU offers a number of ways for their members to contact them through email and messaging options. Given below are all the available options that you could use.
Option 1: Send Us a Message
This is a feature available on their website, where you can make any general inquiries. If you have any questions related to your account, it is recommended to contact the SECU customer service through the message center in your online banking account (which we will talk about later in the post). Follow the following steps to make your inquiry.
- Go to the SECU contact us page
- Enter your first name, last name, email address, phone number, subject of the query, and your question in the on-screen form.
- A SECU representative will go through your form and get back to you.
Option 2: Email
SECU doesn’t provide an email address for their members to directly contact them. Instead, you can use the above explained “Send Us a Message” which basically offers the same function. However, they do provide an email address (mentioned below) that you can use to report any suspected fraudulent email or unsolicited email claiming to be from SECU that you received.
Option 3: Message Center
You can access your message center by logging into your online banking account. If you have any doubts on how to log in to your SECU online banking account, we have covered that as well in the latter part of this post. You can use the message center to raise any questions related to your account and other concerns that you may have.
Option 4: Submit an Online Request
This is an individual financial guidance form, similar to the “send us a message” form mentioned above. You just have to enter some simple personal contact details and an explanation of your query. You can access this form by following this direct link.
SECU MD Customer Service – Live Chat
SECU offers a live chat function through their virtual financial center. You can follow this direct link to access the live chat feature and talk to one of their online agents. Depending on the time of your access, you will have to wait for some time to connect with an agent.
Mail The SECU MD Customer Service
You can inform SECU of an error on your loan account, or request information about your loan account by sending a written notice to the following mail address, along with your name, your loan account number, and the error on your account or the information that you want to request.
